When I open my T400 and it wakes from sleep, it beeps if I forgot to turn sound off the last time I used it. Is there an option somewhere to tell it never to do that? It's very loud and always going off in the middle of class.

Open the ThinkVantage Power Manager --> Global power settings --> Power management options --> Uncheck "Beep when power state changes"

Edit: Someone beat me to it ;)
