This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    System update failed to install

    Hi all,

    My system update suddenly fails to install anything it searches out.

    It can download, but doesn't install. Even when I click 'install manually' nothing shows up. Installation of the corresponding packages went fine however when I install from the downloadable package on Lenovo's website.

    I tried uninstall System Update and re-installing it with no avail (including cleaning out any system update remnants)

    Any help is very appreciated.
