I managed to resurrect my old T21. It continues to run hot, however.

Does anyone have any tips on how to cool it down? Is there an effective cooler pad on the market?

    Thanks.

I guess the first thing to do is to make sure the vents/fans aren't dirty/plugged. Check to make sure there is not anthing you don't want running in the background. Perhaps some artic silver.

AGREED, my dealers have T21 andthey have zero problem with heat... **** I would go for it than this R40 (even if the T21 has lower specs)

I have one T21. It runs warm, but not hot. Try to look at the fan...do you see it is running when it gets hot? if not, you probably have to change it.

Thanks for the responses. The fan works fine. I think I'll try the canned air approach and see how that works.
