I have a T40 IBM Thinkpad, (2373-MU2). I have installed a new version of Windows XP with service patch 2, everything looks good during the install, but when I go into Device Manager I see no entry for Network or Display. What I do see in Yellow with question marks under Other devices is:
    ? Ethernet Controller
    ? Multimedia Audio Controller
    ? Network Controller
    ? PCI Modem
    ? Unknown device
    ? Video Controller (VGA Conpatible)

I have checked my Bios and everything looks turned on
This PC was working before I installed this windows XP, this was a new windows XP install and not an ugrade, I did format the Hard drive, not sure if the could have caused my problem?

    Would appreciate any suggestions

That's because you don't have the drivers installed for the devices. If you saved a copy of the IBMTools folder they will be in there or you can download them from Lenovo's website.
