I have a "11b/g Wireless LAN Mini PCI Express Adapter III" from Artheros(not Realtek) in my T400. I am thinking of upgrading to Windows 7. Currently there do seem to be any drivers in the driver matric for this adapter for Windows 7(only Windows Vista/XP are present).

Does anyone have experience using windows 7 with with wifi card? Does it work automatically?

The system update usually takes care of it. When I installed my broadband card it noticed it right away and downloaded the drivers. Before upgrading to W7 I'd download drivers and be ready to install them manually. I have Intel cards in both of my tablets and use the drivers I got from the Intel website.
