    Hi guys,

I have Windows 7 32-bit beta installed on t400 but there is no sound. I tried installing connexant driver from lenovo under vista compatibility and tried troubleshooting tool in Windows 7 but no luck. Troubleshooting tool shows now problems found and there are no yellow marks in device manager. Any clues?

Not sure if there’s a difference between the two, but I’m running the x64 version, just left the generic High Definition Audio Device it picked and my sound is working fine. Perhaps your sound is muted/the hotkey for mute is not working properly?
