    T400 ATI display upgradeable?

    Hi guys, i am wondering if it is possible to upgrade the T400's ATI 3470 to ATI 5470 or any other graphic card/chip. For the CPU upgrade, i know it's possible, but graphic part still a mystery to me.

    Nope, it's not possible - the only time when GPUs are upgradeable is in large gaming laptops with MXM (or other replaceable GPUs).

    use a DIY vidock implementation or get an second hand advanced dock and upgrade the PSU on it.
