    Hi everyone,

I was wondering if anyone else ordered the T400 with Norton Anti-virus. I received my T400 recently and am very happy. However, I ordered norton anti-virus software as an option on the lenovo website and I do not see it installed nor did a cd come in the box (but MS office did). I was just wondering if anyone ordered Anti-virus and if so, was it installed or did they receive a cd. I figure either way I'll end up calling lenovo but wanted to see how it is supposed to be installed. Thanks again for your help.

isn't it pre-installed and you just have to register it, do you have any documentation or registration paper with some sort of key in your package?

On a side note.... if they did end up not sending you Norton.... try to get them to just cancel your order for the Anti-Virus and credit you back... Norton is one of the WORST anti-virus program i have ever used.

Yes, avoid norton. There are better anti-virus software out there, just do a search on NBR.
