    T400 Battery Issue Solved!

    I just talked to a rep and he clarified the battery issue. 4 cell is flush, 6 cell sticks out 3/4 inch, 9 cell sticks out 1.5 inches. Also, he said it will ship out in 3-4 weeks.

    ***Kevin from NBR (yes, this site) is reviewing the T400 and mentioned that the 9 cell in the review unit calibrated out to ~88-89Wh. I guess this means there is probably some give and take with the Watt hour numbers.

    3-4 weeks to ship? i hate lenovo. if its really 3-4 weeks im canceling my order. every rep says something different. i just talked to one and he said august 27.

    The truth is they have know way of knowing for sure so they give you an answer to the best of their knowledge. What would you do if you were a phone rep?

    There are always unforeseen delays in production. It's a rather complicated process.
