    T400 Blinking cursor during bootup

    Hi,

    Is anybody else experiencing a 10-15 second delay(black screen with blinking cursor) right after POST and before it starts to load the OS. Currently have a 64GB SSD w/ Win7. Any ideas?

    that happens on my desktop.

    did it just start? i remember that it's a common problem after you switch harddrive, think it's just the time it takes for the computer to recognize the OS.

    win win 7 is it dual booted?

    It's not dual booted. I noticed when I installed a linux OS on there, the blinking was maybe 2 secs only, as opposed to 10-15.

    I get one or two seconds of blinking, but definitely not 10-15.
