    Just wondering, when I am ordering from Lenovo Canada website, is it possible for me to e-mail or even call in person and distinctly pick the exact FRU's for the new keyboard (stiff) and LG panel?

    Place you order just as accurtely as poissible. Then as soon after that call and ask for a confirmation of your order. If you get what you want fine. Keep calling until you know which frus are there. If they aren't sure mafe sure that that sales gets the message And make sure that you get a sales recript sent to you.

    Nice post, couple questions tho:

    1) Is it actually possible to get FRUs before shipping confirmation? I heard you only get your serial once it's out the door
    2) If you CAN get FRUs before shipping, can you cancel your order before it is shipped out and not suffer 15% restocking?
