No, it's not a complaint about flex...

Rather, it seems that my "i" key is much more sensitive than all the others. I don't have to press down on the "i" key to type an "i". Any brush of the key inserts the letter, without fully depressing the key. I can even type an "i" by blowing on the keyboard and "i"'s are being inserted randomly into my documents.

I feel like a rabid Mac fan or something. I've had to delete 5-6 superfluous "i"s from this post alone. Can anyone suggest a fix for this, or should I call and get a replacement keyboard?

Call for a replacement keyboard/key. Especially since this is out of the box...Iiii assume.

Yeah, right out of the box.

I actually just did this. It was surprisingly... painless. I told them that I could replace the keyboard myself; they said 'Cool, we'll overnight it."

    I say AWESOME.

The tech support guy also told me that I sounded like Bill Clinton. Hmm...

Owning a Thinkpad is really a joy to use, no questions asked on keyboard replacements :p
