    Hello.
I have a Thinkpad T400 with 1280x800 LED Backlit display..
Is it possible to upgrade to a WXGA+ (1440x900) LED Backlit display? Will this void the warranty? I see couple 1440x900 LED Backlit displays for the T400 in eBay, I'll just pull the trigger if it doesn't void warranty, (It looks fairly easy to replace the screen, especially with LED Backlit ones).

and do you guys think it's worth the upgrade? thanks

    thanks.

Check the link in my sig... I did a similar upgrade on T61. You will have to make sure the ribbon cable and inverter in your current Thinkpad is compatible (ie. the same) as the one used on the WXGA+ models.

Also, this does void the warranty.
