For the past month or two I have started to get this "Driver has stopped responding and has recovered" notification after my screen flickers and recovers. Happens randomly; I can be watching an HD video or it can just be sitting there idle.

Ive installed just about every driver available and am currently using 8.641.1.1-090824a-089811C which is the switchable graphics driver available at lenovo.com
I have also tried 8.15.10.2057 which is the intel only driver as well as the two or three drivers available at intel.com
Everyone of these has given me the issue but the current driver has it occurring the least.

My question is, does anyone else have this happening or have had it happened? If so, what was your solution?

I have a feeling my card is simply fried because theres no way these drivers that have worked fine before have suddenly started to cause issues. Unless this is being caused by an update to windows or my BIOS, it has to be an issue with my card.

My computing habits have not changed in the 1.5 years owning this T400 so what could be causing this?!
