    Hi All.

I run a laptop refurb company and have been suffering the usual T400 WiFi issue. Mainly with the Intel 5300 card.

After 3 days of playing we have found a stable solution where the WiFi does not drop out at all so thought i'd share.

    1) Go to device mgr and select the card and enter properties.
    2) Set Power management to Highest
    3) Set Wireless Mode to a,b and g

For us this made about 15 T400 machines stable with no wifi drop outs at all.

Hope this helps anyone who is struggling.

    Regards

    Chris
