Should I install this? Anyone have any problems with it, or is it worthwhile? I only have 3 GB of ram. I'm thinking of selling my 1 gb ram for cheap and buying another sick of 2 GB, but not sure if it's worth the trouble.

Are there any other tweaks I can do for helping my T400 run faster?

this is a question that's been beaten to death and written about and discussed extensively in no other than THIS FORUM.

yes, you should do it, it is well worth it. no it will not run faster.

now, kindly use the Search function, pls

I'm running Vista Business 64-bit on 2GB of RAM in my T500 and have no problems. No compatibility issues except with my old, old printer that has since been replaced.

Well actually he can expect about a 9 percent increase. For him. the 'worthwhileness' will depend on the load he put's on it. Vista is a very worthwhile OS and 64-bit is the creme of the crop - so to speak.
