    Hi folks,

I've place and order to Lenovo Canada with WXSGA+ CCFL (no WXSGA+ with LED at that time). It's cost over 1300 CAD. It arrived two days ago.

From Everest, the Manufacturer is N141C3-L07. With google, i found that this is a Chi Mei Panel. The bright is bad. The screen is flick and black in 1->2 seconds every time i plug-in or pull-out the AC adaptor.

I want to ask Lenovo for an exchange, but i don't know how to get it done. So anybody have experience, please instruct me step by step.
One more question, at the time i complete order, there a no option for "WXSGA+ with LED", but it available now. Can i ask them for un upgrade, and i'll pay for it.

Thank you all for fast support.

I have the same CMO panel(N141C3-L07) as you do and it doesnt blink when plugging/unplugging the power cord. So, either there is some fault on your particular machine or maybe a particular power profile causes this issue.

I am quite happy with the panel but if you dont like it then call in and ask, they will either say its not possible or they will replace it with the LED option. I doubt they would do such a switch but its worth a try.

Thanks for your answer. Which number or e-mail address to contact with them. Another people help me order this one and he is very busy, so i must contact Lenovo by myself. English is not my native language, so i'm afraid it's difficult to contact with them by phone. But if phone is the best choice, i think I'll try with my best.

What happend next? They will send me a RMA number, then a carton and I'll send it back to Lenovo Canada?? Anyone have experience please tell me how to do that.

    Thanks in advance.

Yeah, contact Lenovo Canada. Here's the list of phone numbers for Lenovo...

As for the next step it depends on the type of warranty you have (depot or at home service) I dont live in Canada so dont know if they follow the same procedure as they do in the US but what you describe is the typical process.
