Anyone know if it will fit a 13' bag?

    My 6-cell T400 fits in a 15" sleeve perfectly.

Thirteen feet should be large enough to contain your laptop, yes.

Every bag is designed with different tolerances in mind. A 13" sleeve designed for the 13" Macbook Air probably won't fit a "normal" 13" laptop.

So, the bottom line is: compare the internal dimensions of the case (should be provided) with the T400's dimensions: 13.2" x 9.4" x 1.12-1.47"

Depends on the bag's internal size.
