    I can't figure out how to get my OS (Vista business 64bit) to turn off some of the unnecessary startup programs.

    Also, what programs should I turn off, and which should I keep on?

    Please help, I can't stand my comp's long load up time.

    even with them on, i wouldnt call it a long boot time.
