The Notebook Review forums were hosted by TechTarget, who shut down them down on January 31, 2022. This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    T400 terrible loud sound beeps!

    So i've searched over the forum and saw some threads but it's not what i'm troubling.
    When there is suppose to be any music (winamp, right click etc..)
    I hear loud beeps from my laptop (sounds like crickets).
    I've tried connecting my laptop to my reciever and while i'm watching
    a movie the sound is heared in echo and not properly like it should.
    Anyone have experienced this maybe?

    P.S
    I've tried reinstalling latest audio drivers with no luck.
