I note this on the features tab for T series
(i.e. the top tabs that say: T series, features, compare, gallery, awards)

    Graphics
    * ATI Mobility Radeon HD3650 on T500 and ATI Mobility Radeon HD3670 on T400

    ... typo or pending update?

Also why is the 4gb turbo memory now a 3-4 week wait?

That would be a typo. It's supposed to be the Radeon HD3470 in the T400. It would make no sense to put an overclocked version of the T500's graphics card in the T400.

Turbo Memory 4GB and Core2Duo P8700 are both 3-4 week delay items, presumably because they are just being phased into Lenovo's parts inventory.
I made a post about their addition a week ago: http://forum.notebookreview.com/showthread.php?t=344415
