    So when can i expect it in California

    Shipping is usually under a week from Lenovo, at least from my experience (I live in CA's Bay Area).

    first time poster here... After much research and agonizing, I finally ordered a T400

    Aug-9, order placed

    Aug-11, got email from Lenovo, saying my shipping address was invalid. Had to sort it out with my credit card company. Called back to Levono, finally they tell me my order was "released."

    My order still says estimated ship date is Aug-20... god I hope it's soon. I'm not the patient type :)

    I placed an order on 8/17 and it was shipped on 8/19. My package is now at Anchorage, AK. Does anybody know where it will go next? I heard some people say that it will be Ontario, CA or Louisville,KY. :confused:

    How are you guys getting such fast shipping process?

    Is it that you didn't customize at all, that you ordered one of the stock configurations?

    I'm getting frustrated with my order and how long it's taking.

    I ordered the X200 model, the only options I changed from the base config. were 250GB HD, 9Cell battery and Trackpoint Cap collection. After I ordered, the Estimated shipping date was 8/27 so I was really surprised when they shipped out on the 19 as well :eek:

    It depends on the supply on hand too, but yes more common configurations will have a higher probability of shipping out earlier compared to more unusual configs.
