I bought a T400 7417TPU (integrated graphics, fingerprint reader, LCD screen) with WinXP two weeks ago.
I updated the OS to WinXP SP3 and installed the latest drivers but I'm experiencing several problems:

When I shut down the machine frequently it hangs up so I have to pull the battery and/or disconnect the power plug.
Sometimes after power on the machine from a hibernate state, the windows explorer takes a long time or hangs to show the drives.
I read in this forum that hibernation problems in Thinkpads are a well known problem, but how can I solve it?

    Can anybody help me
    Thanks in advance
