My T400 is on its way from lenovo. Ordered the 1280x800 screen w/ LED backlight and camera (1440x900 is way too small text for my eyes). The Part lookup from the serial number shows it is a 42T0705 (fru) or 42T0704 (manufacturing) number LCD screen.
Does anyone know which screen this is?

Never Mind... I received it today. I will answer my own question so for the record everyone knows what this screen is:

    FRU: 42T0705

    Model: LTN141AT-12M01

    Samsung 1280x800 with LED backlight.

Guess I did not win the LG lottery... 141WX5

The screen contrast is not very good.. but other than that it is bright enough and the text is sharp. Viewing angle is marginal and the blacks never really get black enough

Which types (manufacturer) of LED screens are shipping with a T400 these days?

Which are "good" vs "not so good"?

^ I think it's LG (good) vs. Samsung (not so good) and another screen manufacturer I forgot the name of.
