I just got my replacement T400 after my first one was practically a lemon.

Both the original T400 and the replacemnt have Vista 64 installed.

Neither one of them gives the option for a custom factory restore.
I though maybe just the first one had some problems, but I see the new one doesnt have it either.

I know how to do it, and I know where the option is supposed to appear. It is not there. I had a T61, and I am very familiar with the process.

    Anyone?

this is a disappointing development with the t400. i don't know if lenovo just hasn't got it figured out yet, or if they dropped it for the t400 altogether.

Well actually, it does work/exist if you have XP and not Vista.
