Here is a icc profile I got today using a Colorvision Spyder2 Express colorimeter. Makes color balance on stock T400s screen look way better. Remember to reset the Intel utility color correction thingy to defauts for this to work right.

This profile should work for LT141DEQ8B00 Panel (Lenovo FRU: 42T0634)

Wow, thanks!!! I had TPLCD as a default under Color Management tab, so loaded your new profile. I did change to default color correction (Blue back to 0 from -20 ;)) and when I loaded your profile I believe it corrected blue color. But than I went back to TPLCD default profile and I don't see change anymore. I thought it will go back to default with exaggerated blue? Am I doing something wrong? Of course, the change might be so subtle that my eyes are not picking up

... maybe its just my eyes, but even with your profile I turned down blue to -20 (brightness) and its perfect now? BTW, I had originally blue to -20 and red +8. With your new profile I only have blue to -20 while red at default 0, and its pretty good. So, I do believe red brightness got corrected while blue needed additional adjustment. Of course, this is purely a matter of personal taste and I greatly appreciate you sharing that profile with us. Also, I have a different display manufacturer so that could be another reason.

the display model probably matters the most. This calibration was done by automatic colorimeter and I have not messed with any extra adjustments. The other screen model must be super blue, on mine with this profile there is almost no bluishness left.

If your calibration profile disappears its becuase of a stupid bug in vista. Also if you open the intel utility it un-loads the calibration profile you have set up.
The vista bug basically resets the calibration profile to default every time computer hibernates, gets locked or when you get a warning window. Here is a quick workaround:

go to run menu, type in "msconfig" -> startup -> uncheck all 3 "Intel(R) Common user Interface"

Load the correct profile and restart the computer. Also set the profile as default in windows color management.

I have XP SP3, but that explains why profile was unloaded after I went back to Intel utility. It wasn't terribly blue, but tuning it down definitely worked better on my dsplay.

I got the LT141DEQ8B00 as well

    Manufacturer : LT141DEQ8B00
    Product ID : LEN4036
    Manufacture : Week 32 of 2009

How do you correctly apply the profile ? I have XP Pro SP3

I restore to default under color correction of Intel Grapic Media, then I go into color management, set the T400s as default profile, reboot the machine,

Then I went back to the Intel color correction screen, I notice nothing got changed, am I doing something wrong ?
