I just wanted to verify if I need a adapter to upgrade my 1.8" sata drive to a 1.8" ssd?

I'm thinking that I don't but I see a lot of these "1.8 zif" adapters on ebay and it has me questioning myself.

I don't think you need an adapter. The last ThinkPad with a ZIF drive was the X41.
