hard drive must be 2.5inch form-factor
I am a little bit sad about the integrated gpu -
if this thing is truly under 4 pounds i'll be giving my current T400 away to my brother and getting one of these new ones with a SSD.
then again, i havent even had this thing for a year yet so that would be foolish.
also, i'm happy they went the integrated route. it allows them to design the whole laptop with battery life, heat, noise as main priorities, making the case lighter and thinner. -
-
I'm glad the info on the T400s is starting to come out. Although I don't think the T400s is for me, I've been waiting on its release before buying a T400. I didn't want to buy a T400, just to have the T400s come out and be what I really wanted.
-
I kinda hope that they have the option of a dedicated GPU. That would be the perfect laptop for me
-
-
there wont be a dedicated gpu. the purpose of this laptop is to make it lighter and thinner than the current T400; in doing so there will be limitations.
-
if there is any discrete option, like the Acer Timeline series, then it would be a low end GPU such as the HD 4330 and IMO not even worth it.
-
so nothing new about this baby?
-
Very cool...I really wish the x200 had displayport integrated

The price in Norway is listed as 3100 usd (no sales tax), or 3999 usd (with sales tax) for the SP9600 version :-o - I'm going to have to wait a while for it to come down :-s ETA is 2-3 weeks

Hi guys!
I came over a T400s machine today, and I took the liberty to write a tiny review on it, take some pictures, and write some information about the specs that will be possible.
As far as I know, these are the only pictures of the machine to be found on the web, so consider it an exclusive
