    T410 - no 8GB option

    Does anyone know why the T410 has no 8GB memory option? The T510 does and I'm sure the laptop supports it.

    I guess there's really no point to it. The upgrade costs 605 when on newegg you can buy 2x4GB for 400+. the money is better spent on an SSD anyway.

    given that the T400 can be upgraded to 8 gigs of ram, one would think that this is also available in the T410.
