I'm speccing a T410 and don't really need/want the webcam but I'd like the keyboard light. Are they a packaged deal or can I skip the webcam but still get the light? There isn't anywhere to configure for the light so I'm hoping it's standard.

    Thanks

I think the thinklight comes standard with all thinkpads and the webcam is optional so YES, you should be able to skip the webcam and just get the thinklight. It might be a little cheaper too.

Yes, the Thinklight comes with ALL T series, webcam or not.
I LOVE my Thinklight. While not the brightest light, it definitely does it's job very well under (DARK) conditions.

ThinkLight is standard on all T-, W-, R-, and X-series Thinkpads except the tablets.
