    T410 Bluetooth

    I recently purchased a T410 off eBay and I am very happy with my purchase. The auction stated that it included bluetooth but I am now doubting it since drivers don't detect it. I was just wondering where the bluetooth card is located? Is it behind the battery or is it under the laptop next to the RAM? Thanks!

    To avoid stating the obvious... is the Bluetooth module powered on? Press Fn + F5 to see if there is the option to turn it on.

    The Hardware Maintenance Manual for the T410 can be found here, and describes in detail how you can access the Bluetooth module.

    Yeah, you need to first install the ThinkPad HotKeys program, then press fn+f5 and turn Bluetooth on. Windows will then automatically install the driver. It took me an embarrassingly long time to figure this out.
