Can anyone with a t410 with either a 2gb or 4gb(2dimms) tell me what the cas latency, timing, voltage, and manufacturer of the ram that come with the Lenovo t410 are? Thanks

    DIMM1: Elpida EBJ21UE8BDS0-AE-F 2 GB DDR3-1066 DDR3 SDRAM (7-7-7-20 @ 533 MHz) (6-6-6-18 @ 457 MHz)
    DIMM2: Elpida EBJ21UE8BDS0-AE-F 2 GB DDR3-1066 DDR3 SDRAM (7-7-7-20 @ 533 MHz) (6-6-6-18 @ 457 MHz)

4gb lenovo. just curious, does 1333 or 1600 ram modules make a big difference?

No. The difference will likely only be visible in benchmarks - RAM is pretty much never the bottleneck, so slightly faster DIMMs will not make a difference.

My T500 also came stock with an Elpida 2GB stick, to which I added a SuperTalent 2GB DIMM. Both have 7-7-7-20 timings.

I've got the 1333MHz RAM in my T510. I would have just gotten the 1066MHz RAM, but at the time I ordered, I could only get the 8GB in 1333 not in 1066.

According to HWINFO32, here's the info on my DIMMs:
Current Timing (tCAS, tRCD, tRP, tRAS): 7.0-7-7-20.
This is running at 533MHz (aka DDR-1066).

So in other words--exactly the same speed as others have posted for their 1066MHz RAM.

Does T410s support 8 gigs of memory? There does not seem to be a way to configure it online as such.

It does support 8GB of memory, but you'd be better off getting the lowest amount from Lenovo and getting a kit to install yourself to save money.
