    Hi.

I have searched the forums and couldn't find anyone with a similar problem with a T410. My screen seems to be loose like this and I was wondering if anyone knew how to fix it for a T410.

I have read in many other threads about tightening some hinge screws (like this thread) but I don't know exactly where these screws are located in the T410.

Does anyone have any ideas to fix this problem? Would I have to remove the keyboard to get to the hinge screws, or are they located on the outside? The service manual seems to say that I would have to take it apart :(

    Thanks for any help!

there is no screw to tighten, you would need to get the hinge replaced. The warranty department can do it within warranty for free.

    Thanks for the info Lead_Org.

I did have a warranty so I sent my T410 away to get fixed. They sent me a box so I shipped it off to them (everything is paid for) and I got my computer back within 6 days. The hinges are fixed and as good as new! The warranty is great!
