I have a T410 and when I take out the battery, the CPU will throttle to 931Mhz no matter the power setting. I have a 65W AC Adapter, Intel HD, i3-330m.
Does anyone else have this issue? When I use a 90W AC Adapter the issue disappear. It's not like I have dedicated graphics....

Yes, this happens on all T410 and T510 models with integrated graphics that run with the 65W power adapter. It's a safety feature that prevents overloading of the AC adapter - the only way to get past this is to use the 90W adapter.

Does this happen on integrated graphic models of the following?
T61
T400/T500 -
It also happens on my R61.

Happens on both my X201 and T410. Most models seem to have this protection mechanism. That's why I bought a 90-watt adapter.
