I am about to receive a T410. Does Lenovo put on a bunch of trial software, etc that it is worth it to wipe the hard drive and install Windows 7 from scratch? Wondering if it's like an HP with a bunch of crapware preinstalled that significantly slows down the computer...

    Thanks

Fortunately, no. Lenovo doesn't really load the machine with a bunch of "crapware". It's easier to just remove what you don't want in Control Panel | Programs and Features.

I reinstalled Windows 7 on it. It made my computer run much faster.
