    Hi all,

I'm about to pull a very expensive purchase; I'm finally going to move to SSDs and the one that is very much available to me is the corsair F120.

I'm not too familiar with SSDs but I would like to ask anyone who can confirm that the T410i is capable of fully utilizing the benefits (speed) of this SSD.

small rant: anandtech said that out of 120GB only 98 is usable... :(

    Thank you in advance

Yes. I popped a SSD in my old T61 and she hummed along just as fast as my y460.

Most, if not all HDD and SSD are smaller than advertised. 1 Gb is 1024 Mb, but manufactures go by 1 Gb is 1000Mb. At least that has been my observation. A lot of debate on it.

    thanks...

yes that is true... I expect only 90% usable space on all storage devices but 98 out of 120 is almost at 80%. oh well.
