Has anybody here ordered a T410 or T510 (or tried to / looked at ordering one)? Did you have any support options?

The other day when I was about to place my order for a T410 (through the Canadian order site) the Services and software page of the order process was blank, just a continue button. This is the page that should list out the various support/warranty options you can select, as it does for the T410 on the US site and the T400 on the Canadian site.

Has anybody else experienced this problem? Does anybody know what's going on?

I don't have this problem. I placed an order for a T510 by phone, but the web page works fine for me too. My rep suggests (at least on the US side), they have not published the part lists internally yet, so I can hold off to get the warranty post purchase. If I remember correctly, he said there's an at least 30-day grace period. So you can get the machine now and order the warranty later.

Alternatively, you can call and place an order. The sales rep should be able to order the warranty for you if you so wish.
