I've been trying to get to my bluetooth for days now. The Fn+F5 shortcut is not working, search does not yield any bluetooth-fixing results, and it's just messed up. Does anybody know how to fix this?

Are you sure your laptop was configured with bluetooth? Try locating the bluetooth module and updating/rollbacking the driver

what do you mean by fn+f5 not working? Not working as in the bluetooth fails to turn on from the dialog menu or not working as in pressing fn+f5 doesn't even bring up the on screen display?
