    Hi all
I have just got a T410i last week in Singapore. very happy about it until notice that the fan is constantly on at high speed
I have installed the latest BIOS but it did not fix this at all
Wandering if anyone got this annoying issue
    Any solutions ??

Any idea about your temperatures? Perhaps the fan is doing exactly what it should be.

You can try tweaking the Power Manager, settings like "Maximum Performance" will generally kick in the fans more so try others such as "Power Sourced Optimized" or customising your own power plan along with the "System Cooling Policy" in Advanced Settings.

Another alternative is to use TPFanControl and adjust the fans manually.
