I received my T410s today, exactly 1 week after ordering.
Installed Windows Server 2008 R2. Got everything to work except for the Ethernet and the Graphics (Intel HD).
So far, I haven't found any suitable drivers for Intel HD on Windows Server 2008 R2 and so I am stuck with 1280 by 800 as highest resolution with blurred text. Based on my experience with T400s, the Win 7 x64 drivers worked for Win2K8 R2, but they don't work with T410s.

    Any suggestions?

    Thank you in anticipation.

have you tried downloading the W7 drivers from Lenovo, extracting them, and manually installing?

I did not try a manual install. Here's what I tried:

Installing Win7 drivers from Lenovo (with WinSAT option checked during install) gave me a blue screen.
Then, I tried the same install without the WinSAT option and then the install completed, but after restart there is a Yellow triangle for the display adapter with message - The driver is not digitally signed..... At the same time, in the display adapter properties (Desktop - Personalize - Display), the adapter is listed as unknown and no resources being used.

There is a more recent driver available on Intel website and clicking the setup project gives error ('Driver not tested for your OS....). I should try installing it manually. Thank you.

Thanks erik. The manual installation of drivers downloaded from Intel worked fine. :)
