The original thread was posted on a Chinese website. The author placed its order on 12 Jan, and waited 9 weeks until he finally got his unit. The t410s was first shipped from China to the United States, then back to China. Yet the price is still much lower than a decent T400 sold on the Chinese market. That is how Lenovo treats the Chinese customers.
The user was so far happy with his unit, saying that T410s is probably the most well-made thinkpad.
The integreted graphics on T410s does not show much improvenment, which is a little bit disappointing.
I for one find t410s attractive and will get one later.

The high price is not because of Lenovo, but high taxes of "luxury product." The T410s doesn't look that thin from the pictures, maybe it just the angle the picture is taken from. I also thinking about buying one, but I am not sure if I am going to buy the x201, t410, or the t410s.

I've seen the T400s in person and it's much thinner than the T400.
