    Hi all.
Hope you can help. Have had my T410s for a few weeks now and I keep having issues with the wireless radio (3x3).

    1) Will just drop connection every once in awhile. Have to go into device manager disable/enable the wifi card to get it to work. Have gone to properties and unchecked allowing windows to turn off the device.

    2) Just started today. When I open the lid of the laptop (from sleep mode) it won't automatically detect my wifi connnection any longer! No idea what is up...have looked for solutions but can't find.

    appreciate any help.
    thx

    anyone?

I was completely fed up with the wireless radio not automatically detecting wifi on opening lid that I went back to device manager, network adapters, Intel Centrino Ultimate-N 6300, properties, power managment and re-checked the box to allow the computer to turn off this device to save power. It worked...so now the radio powers on and connects when the lid is open.

Can anyone now help with question 1? My radio is still droppping and I obviously can't un-check the box I just checked or #2 will continue to happen.

    Thanks.

what is your current driver version

does it states that its released date as jan 2010?

If yes, please downgrade your driver to 13.0.0.107

this is because the latest vversion is having the problem. Search for version 13.0.0.107 at lenovo site or google, dated year 2009. It works alright. download the driver first, then u uninstall the 13.1.1.1, and install the 13.0.0.107

after u got this driver up and running, do a simple test, not sure whether you have itune install, download the apple WWDC 2010 Keynote speech, cause its a huge file, if you able to download the whole file, means problem is fixed for the time being.
