This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    I've read the discussion of the back-orders and why it has been pulled from the website. But has there been any indication as to when we can expect to be able to order one again? My friend is very much in need of a new computer...

    I've got one on order with an original ship date of 1/19 now 1/27. Not holding my breath for 1/27 either.

    thinner, lighter
    touch-screen was an option on the T400S
    but i haven't heard anything about it for the T410S

    Touch screen is supposed to be available with the T410s. The original spec sheet and other T410s comments are on this thread. Lenovo told me last week that they are expecting availability in early March, but who knows how accurate that is or if it's already changed.
