I was curious about the specs of my system and when I placed my product number 2901-CTO into the Lenovo support page it says its a refurb. I bought this thing new from Lenovo am I missing something?

What about the warranty for the serial number at Lenovo Support - Warranty Lookup
-
2910-CTO is ThinkPad T410s. New.
Just curious: Why are you running Ubuntu 32-bit? -
It says,
Type: Model: Serial number:
2901 CTO XXXXXX <--- I don't want to reveal this.
Status: Expiration date: Location:

What gives I ordered 3-year onsite warranty.

How do you know it's new, it says refurb from 2901-CTO with no specs listed?
This is what it gives me when I put it in:
Product: ThinkPad T410s 2901-CTO [change]
Operating system: All [change]
Original description: Refurb from 2901-CTO: ThinkPad T410s Configure-To-Order system
Ubuntu is awesome, I'll move to Fedora when I know more about Linux. I thought you were using Linux too, Kaso? -
How long have you had this machine now?
-
About a week recieved monday, I've heard warranty won't be updated for about 3-weeks so warranty is not the issue. What's getting me is the product number not displaying specs and that sentence "Refurb from 2901-CTO: ThinkPad T410s Configure-To-Order system"
-
I used to own a T410s before I traded with a colleague's T410. My order information says 2901CTO.
I was curious about the fact that you're using 32-bit version. Yeah, I've been using Linux, too. -
Refurbs are shipped with new labels on the bottom that say CTR.
-
I'm a little worried about using the 64-bit version I know it's better, but I really want to avoid getting into any issues. The stability of Ubuntu is already making me nervous.
T410s product number a refurb?
