Can I use the power supply, bay adapter (for an extra battery or hard drive) and my docking station on a T430s? Thanks

Yes to the power supply and bay adapter, can't say anything about the dock.

Thanks for your answer. If my T410s cannot be repaired, I will probably pickup a T430s to help me cover the waiting period until the retro Thinkpad comes out.

Yes I've used the 4337 and 4338 esata/and usb 3.0 versions on both the t410s and t430s. T410, t510, 20, 30 and the s versions all work on the 4337 and 4338 along with w series and with a little mod the x series works too.
