I have own the T410s w/switchable graphic for about 4 months now, and in the past 2 months I randomly get a black screen when I turn on the laptop (either via power button or fingerprint). I have to hard shut-down the laptop and turn on again and it would work just fine (sometime I have to hard shut-down twice). I finally called Lenovo support today and the guy told me to run a full system test, which all pass. So the dude said is the software conflict because I didn't use Lenovo version of Windows 7 with the preconfigured software, and that Microsoft OS have its own software that included in the OS which causes the conflict (I did a clean install of Windows 7). Well, he's either right or plain stupid. I have performed another clean install and the issue is still there. If anyone had experience this issue before and find a solution, please share. Thanks in advance.
