I'm thinking of getting a T410s. My T500, while a fine machine, is just too heavy to be toting around all the time.

I currently use my T500 in conjunction with a ThinkPad Advanced Dock (model 250310U). Does anybody know if I can continue to use this dock with the T410s?

I believe the T410s uses the new Series 3 dock, which is shared by the T410 and T510. The Tx00 series used the same dock as the T61 and T60, which was the Series 2 dock.

    So, you cannot.

    Thats a bit a bummer.

Do you know if the T400s can be used with the Advanced Dock?
