Maybe it's just that I have been asleep and I am the last one to wake up, but
I just discovered a general specs data sheet for the elusive T410s on the Lenovo site.
I followed a link from a periodic update email I get from Lenovo.
Ad for T-series:
http://shop.lenovo.com/SEUILibrary/controller/e/web/LenovoPortal/en_US/catalog.workflow:category.details?current-catalog-id=12F0696583E04D86B9B79B0FEC01C087¤t-category-id=19C791A03AF24034A0011B825513BCED
Data sheet:
http://www.lenovo.com/shop/americas/content/pdf/notebooks/ThinkPad/T-Series/ThinkPad_T410s.pdf?AID=10594818&PID=3640576
A couple of impressions:
In the ads and comparisons it says there is switchable graphics. However, the data sheet, while saying that there is both Intel graphics and NVIDEA, doesn't mention switchable.
Double ThinkLights not mentioned.
No specific configurable models.
Again, apologies in advance if I am boring everybody.

The "double thinklights" was some hoax last fall. Lenovo does have tons of mistakes in their marketing material, but for once this is not their fault
T410s: For anybody who did not yet find: I just discovered T410s general specs
