The T410si was slated to be released in February but hasn't arrived yet. Anyone have insight on where it is? I really want a 410s, but don't want to pay extra for an i5 when I don't need it.

The si suffix is usually for Asian markets. If you don't want a Core i then why not a t400s?

Allow me to say it and move on... the t410s "released" in January hasn't arrived yet, either (except for the golden few).

From what I understood, the "si" was an otherwise comparable Core "i3" model for lower cost. While it may only be for Asian markets, press releases about it that I've seen haven't indicated that.
