Recently I fixed up a T42, and I got the final part in today. It seems like I got everything working except for the wireless card. I have tried downloading from the Lenovo website but it the driver apparently didn't do anything. Any help is appreciated.

What do you mean, "the driver didn't do anything"? Was it a t42 Driver? What OS was it for?

Pull the Hardware or Device ID from Device Manager and plug the values into the search fields at PCI Vendor and Device Lists.

And make sure you activate the WiFi device:

    1. Check the BIOS, enable the device.

    2. Fn + F5 to switch it on.

    3. Connect to the nearest router.
